How to get a Museum Pass? 3 methods
There are three practical ways to get a Museum Pass — pick the one that feels fastest for you:
- Via e-Devlet (the fastest): Sign in to your e-Devlet account, type "Müze Kart İşlemleri" in the search bar; after you pay, your digital card (QR code) becomes active at once.
- "Türkiye'nin Müzeleri" mobile app: Download the app, create a membership and start using your mobile Museum Pass as a QR code at once — you do not need to wait for a physical card.
- From museum box offices: Go to the card-issue stations at the entrance of large museums with photo ID (T.C. identity, passport or driving licence); the process takes a few minutes and you receive the card in person.
If you applied online, the physical card is shipped to your address in about a few days; if you do not want to wait, the mobile Museum Pass is more practical because it can be used at once.
